After my disappointing crepe I went looking for a beer and not 50 metres from the crepe restaurant was Les BerThoM which I would find out later is a large chain of beer bars.

I’d left Toulouse around midday and the train trundled through the French countryside to Montpellier via Carcassonne and along the Golfe du Lion. It was a short walk to my hotel and then time to explore.
My first order of business was to find something to eat. I’d not had a crepe yet on this trip so had a quick look around the local area and found La Crêperie de la Comédie.

Aparthotel Adagio Toulouse Centre Ramblas, also called the Aparthotel Adagio Toulouse Parthenon, is a hotel quite close to Gare de Toulouse Matabiau. A 10 minute walk maximum depending on the pedestrian lights.
The Canal du Midi is a 5 minute walk if you dawdle.
