On the ground floor of the building immediately outside the east entrance to Shimbashi Station is a small standing bar with room for around 20 people standing up around the small bar.

With about 8 beers on tap at ¥400 each you can’t really go wrong. There’s also a small selection of food like chicken karange and edamame, but I didn’t try the food.
Being between offices and the station there was a lot of passing traffic stopping by for a beer on the way home.
