Section 8 in Tattersalls Lane is the original container bar. Two containers for the bar and toilets, shipping pallets for seats and 44 gallon drums for tables makes up a truly unique laneway bar.

On a warm summer weekday afternoon a really eclectic mix of people descend on this little bar for drinks and from around 5pm a DJ.
You can buy long necks of Coopers and many just chug from the bottle, but there is also a good, and often changing, selection of craft beers to try when you get sick of Coopers.
Be warned this is a smoking bar but as you’re outside it’s just a small annoyance.
