Cookie Rooftop has been through a refurb of late which has helped reduce the absurdly long lines that were the bane of drinkers lives in the past.

Head up to the 6th floor and then walk upto the rooftop to find a largish, casual area with seats and tables (and sun umbrellas for the hot summer days). On warm days it can get very busy up here, so you’ll just need to grab whatever space you can find.
On a clear day you can also get some nice really views of Melbourne.
Beerwise you’ll see the usual suspects in pots, pints and jugs and there is a small kitchen that serves burgers and chips if you get peckish.
During the warmer months the bar turns into a rooftop cinema in the evening – just watch out for the totally usurious $4 booking fee PER TICKET that they add on at the checkout – seriously, why not show an all inclusive price from the start?!?
