Stayed for one night, well 13 hours really, on my way to Jakarta recently due to Swissotel wanting to charge an extortionary rate for the night.
The Regent is up the western end of Orchard Road on Cuscaden Road. Really good if you are a shopaholic.

Another very nice hotel, this time in Jakarta.
This is the second time I’ve stayed at the Shangri-La, and I even think I got the same room as last time!
Swissotel The Stamford, Singapore
I’ve stayed at at this hotel many times over the years, and its a very nice home away from home. This time for only one night on my way home.
