After a couple of beers at the 82 Ale House I’d headed out looking for dinner which proved to be harder than I thought it would be on a Wednesday evening in autumn.
After a couple of tries I found Toritetsu, a yakitori restaurant, near Akasaka subway station and headed in.
The menu was pretty good here and I ordered
- Pork belly
- Asparagus wrapped in bacon
- Kobe beef
- 6 gyoza
All the dishes were tasty.
I discovered an Asahi beer that I hadn’t tried before, a nice Asahi Stout which was a creamy chocolate coffee stout. I enjoyed it so had two.
