As I was walking around Tamsui I spotted a small Pho shop and decided that I wanted to have lunch there.
Translating the Chinese name gives me Mei Xiang Beef Pho, I hope this is right!

When you enter you are given a plastic menu and a wax pen and you mark on the menu what you’d like to order, and you pay when you place your order.
I ordered a serve of fried spring rolls and a beef brisket pho.
Its all made to order so it took about 10 minutes or so before my dishes came out piping hot.
Both dishes were superb. The spring rolls were crispy and tasty, and the pho broth was sublime.
If you’re in the Tamsui area and are looking for a soup, I highly recommend this restaurant.
