Today a friend suggested we venture out of the city to their old stomping ground of Fitzroy for some drinks and dinner. Our first stop was Naked For Satan on Brunswick Street.
Head upto the roof to a large rooftop bar overlooking Collingwood to the east and the CBD to the south.
Even though it was 5:30 on a relatively nice, though a little chilly, spring evening there were tables available outside when we arrived, but there was a constant stream of people turning up and I can imagine in summer the terrace would get busy quite early.
The bar has a reasonable drink menu or cocktails and beers and we settled on a Splice of Heaven IPA from Moon Dog. A refreshing and enjoyable beer.
We didn’t try the food here but will next time.
