I generally started my day in Sendai with a trip to the Tully’s in S-PAL at Sendai Station as it was close to my hotel.
Tully’s is a chain of cafes throughout Japan. The same chain I visited in Hakodate.

It was generally busy when I popped in in the mornings as I guess lots of people pass through on the way to work, or while waiting for their train.
One of my favourites is the iced cocoa latte which I had several times, as well as the vanilla frappe.
To eat I tried the croque monsieur along with the french toast. The breakfast hotdog, on the other hand, was underwhelming.
