Another good little bar that’s close to the InterContinental Grand Stanford on the ground floor of the Empire Centre on Mody Road in East Tsim Sha Tsui in Kowloon, Hong Kong.
Eastside Tavern, East Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong
Eastside Tavern is probably best described as a sports bar with many TVs playing sport from all around the world and bar staff dressed in sports themed uniforms.
I visited here a couple of times during my last trip.
There was a good selection of beers at reasonable prices during the many hours of Happy Hour each day. Tsingtao pints for around HK$48 each.
The food menu was reasonable and the 3 different dishes I tried
- Mini Slider Burgers
- Chicken Curry
- Nachos
were all of good quality and quantity and reasonably priced.
I’d walked past this place probably 100 times on previous trips but never went in – I’m glad I did this time.
