I’d decided to head to the observatory at the top of the Umeda Sky Building. The indoor observatory on the 40th floor was open but due to the typhoon damage in early September the open rooftop observatory was closed 🙁 So after about 30 minutes I decided to head off.
Lunch time, well morning tea time, was approaching and the craft beer map pointed me to a couple of local establishments and I chose to try Craft Beer Base.

Being early I was, unsurprisingly, the first and, it would turn out, only patron during my visit but that didn’t stop me having a Grisette Blanche wheat beer.
I get the feeling this would be a good place to visit later on in the evening when the crowd turns up.
