Yat Chui Pavilion, Kowloon, Hong Kong

I bookended my Europe trip with a night in Hong Kong at either end to break the trip and allow for some decent sleep between the long flights.

After my flight from Melbourne I jumped on the Airport Express and got the courtesy bus to my hotel and I was then ready for a feed. I headed up Mody Road to Yat Chui Pavilion which I’d been to a couple of time before.

I ordered a decent feed of

  • Steamed pork buns
  • Steamed BBQ pork rice paper rolls
  • Fried rice paper rools with shrimp

On the way back from Europe after I’d had a bit of a siesta I headed over again and this time ordered

  • Steamed pork buns
  • Steamed BBQ pork rice paper rolls
  • Fried prawn spring rolls

There are 3 pieces per serve, so it’s a quite substantial meal for a very reasonable price.
