I had a one night stay in Hong Kong on my way home from Europe. Getting back into the right timezone meant making sure I got up at a reasonable time and that means coffee. I ventured out and found a new place closeby called Black Sugar Coffee & Lifestyle.

After a great meal at Frenzi last year I wanted to dine here again, so I headed over on my last evening in Amsterdam.

It was my final full day in Amsterdam, and Europe, for this trip and the weather started to turn for the better so I decided to grab a ticket for the hop-on, hop-off canal boats and just relax while watching life along the canals.
After the first circuit I jumped off at the stop Prinsengracht / Leidsestraat and walked south west until I hit Leidseplein where there are a heap of restaurants and pubs. I grabbed a seat outside at Le Pub looking out onto the plaza.
