I’d been to Mai Thai once before, but had forgotten to write a blog entry.
I was in Auckland again during the week, so took the opportunity to stop by this restaurant again.
My memory of my prior visit was that the food was quite yummy and reasonably well priced.
Mai Thai is only a block away from Auckland’s Sky City casino. It is upstairs at the corner of Victoria & Albert Streets in the Auckland CBD.

Had to head off over the pond to Wellington at the southern tip of New Zealand’s north island for a couple of days of work.
Stayed at the InterContinental on Grey Street. This is a great location, adjacent to wharf area that’s been done up as a recreational and dining area. It also a short walk, i.e. minutes, to the main shopping and business areas and probably a 15 minute walk to Cuba Street for food and nightlife.
