It was time for my last meal in Taipei before flying back to Seoul and then to Melbourne.
I pulled out my trusty map and had a look around the local area and I found a quite well regarded Japanese izakaya maybe 500 metres away, so, without a reservation I decided to chance it and see if I could have a quick meal.
Izakaya Kokomi, Taipei, Taiwan
I got there relatively early, just after 6pm, and I was able to grab a table that was not booked until 7:30pm.
Luckily they were able to give me a menu in English or I would have been flying blind!
I ordered a good selection of yakitori along with a Sapporo.
As the yakitori was ready they bought them out to me, and in about 15-20 minutes I had all my dishes.
The yakitori here was very good, and I would not hesitate to dine here again and try some of the non-yakitori dishes.
Next stop was a good sleep before heading back to Seoul.
