Aparthotel Adagio Toulouse Centre Ramblas, also called the Aparthotel Adagio Toulouse Parthenon, is a hotel quite close to Gare de Toulouse Matabiau. A 10 minute walk maximum depending on the pedestrian lights.
The Canal du Midi is a 5 minute walk if you dawdle.

The “rooms” are more apartments than your classical hotel room. In my case I had a living room, kitchen with fridge and oven, one bedroom, shower and seperate toilet. The hotel is probably more for longer stay visitors than people just passing through.
The checkin and checkout process was flawless and staff were very friendly and offered me brochures and maps for the local area without me asking.
My booking came with breakfast which was a small buffet – standard French style with lots of different baked goods. You can also order room service from the attached Pullman Hotel if you like.
There is a proper laundry service offered here (but not on the weekends) or a self service, coin operated laundry on the first floor. I also found that the towel warmer in the bathroom was perfect for drying my smalls after washing them in the basin.
The street outside, Allée Jean Jaurès, was undergoing a major refurb so there were alot of barriers around but you could get everywhere you needed to go. I didn’t hear any construction noise in my room.
I was lucky enough to have a bit of a view facing North West so was able to see from Basilique Saint-Sernin de Toulouse, Canal du Midi and across to Gare de Toulouse Matabiau.
There is an absolute smorgasboard of restaurants within walking distance to try.
Aparthotel Adagio Toulouse Centre Ramblas would be a perfect place to stay if you were in Toulouse for an extended time as you have more space than a traditional hotel room and you could, if you got bored with the restaurants close by (probably not though), cook your own meals – there’s a supermarket about a 7 minute walk away.
