So Thai tapas & street food, Melbourne, Australia

Day 3 out of COVID lockdown had more Melburnians out and about on Friday afternoon so a couple of us headed out to a Thai restaurant opposite the Queen Victoria Market on Peel Street.

Melbourne, Victoria, Australia

First impressions were good. The space was nice and bright, and there was heaps of space between the tables for social distancing. There are also some tables out in the adjoining laneway which would be great place for lazy beers and food on warmer evenings.

Some Singha beers duly requested we got down to ordering several share plates which were, in no particular order

  • Thai Style Beef Sushi
  • Crispy Chicken Wings
  • Chicken Larb
  • Pork Pad Ka Prow

I thought all the dishes tasted great and reminded me that it’s been far too long since I’d been to Thailand. All of the dishes apart from the wings had a bit of a chilli hit but none were overpowering.

Definitely worth another visit.
