A mate and I had had a couple of beers and were looking for food. Closeby was Malaysian Laksa House. Neither of us had been here before but we decided to give it a try.

Walking in the place was well patronised, only 2 of the 20 tables were available, so we had a seat pretty quickly.

The menu is good and varied and we each chose a laksa. A serving of spring rolls and samosas was also ordered to share.

The starters came out quickly and were piping hot and tasty.

A couple of minutes later out came 2 large laksas. The soup was good and had a decent curry flavour. The serving size was just right and we both demolished our dishes.

Two starters and two laksas for ~$40 was pretty good value for the food that was offered and I’ll definitely return.
