Good Heavens is a roof top bar on top of Fancy Hanks where Tuscan Rooftop used to be. We headed up here as we waited for our table at Fancy Hanks to become available.

I wouldn’t say it’s the best rooftop bar in Melbourne but it’s certainly passable. Decent size and good number of tables.
The view isn’t as good as Cookie Rooftop but you do get a limited view as you look out onto Bourke Street.
The bar is probably more geared towards cocktails as the beer selection is small and not too daring so if you’re looking for a rooftop to relax in the sun with craft beers Loop Roof is probably a better choice.
