I’d wandered around the windy streets of Bordeaux for an hour or so and decided that I’d stop in at a cafe for a coffee. I stumbled across Le Grand Café and it had a covered patio area so I settled in.

The morning special was still on so I ordered a coffee and a croissant for €2.
Coffee was decent, and the croissant nice and fresh.
For a coffee this is a nice little place to visit, but a quick look at the reviews online are a mixed bag so I probably wouldn’t have a main meal here,
